Our Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured development. Over 4–5 years, trainees will rotate through key areas of the business, gaining exposure to real projects and building the skills needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional rotations across the business
• Take ownership of real, impactful business projects
• Engage in training, mentorship, and personal development plans
• Analyze problems and propose effective solutions
• Collaborate with teams and contribute to organizational goals
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a growth mindset

Qualifications

• Completed studies or currently in the final year of study in B-Engineering / BSc Engineering/ BTech Engineering (Electrical)
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Good academic results in your majors in 2nd and 3rd year
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, including Excel and Word)
• A valid South African drivers license (Preferred)
